Day 11 of October’s Gore Challenge: Conjoined Bodies.People who didn’t saw this coming for today’s theme doesn’t know me well enough. I am such a fangirl of these two, Black Egg and White Snow, and I’m happy to find any excuse to draw this couple of heartless freaks.
Wanted to try and draw a possible poster with them in a freakshow. Around a time before their rampage through town, earning Black Egg his scar and White Snow’s loss of his horn, before they were sentenced to life in prison without ever seeing the sun or moon again (that is until the big escape but that’s a different story.
Sadly I think I overdid the poster detailing as it might take too much attention from the characters who are meant to be the center of attention. I also ended up using too much time on all that detailing, rushing some of the shadow a bit much. But still happy with the result. One of my more dedicated images lately. And I adore how they turned out, looking younger than how I usually draw them.
