Page 1000 – More Than a Game

In light of this personally mind-blowing occasion, the precious fourth digit, I’ve prepared a few remarks.

Pinkie Pie: I use Jinx Shot on the Imoen pony!

Twilight Sparkle: I use Color Spray on that whole group!

DM: I assume you’re using Pinkie’s prerolls to make up some of the misses. Nice work; you dealt pretty good damage to Imoen and cleared out quite a few of the ninjas.

Pinkie Pie: Oooooooh… More of them are still standing than I kinda wanted…

Twilight Sparkle: Hmm… You know what, leave them to me for next round. Focus on supporting the others.

DM: Fluttershy, you’re up again. Garrett is looking menacingly in your direction.

Fluttershy: Ummmm… Could I have my Angel bunny move in and use his animal attack?

DM: You certainly can.

Fluttershy: Yaaaaaay!

DM: Rainbow Dash?

Rainbow Dash: Grrrr. I just wanna kill one of these things! Should I use Brutal Slam, or…? Screw it – Desperate Fury! It’s a perfect name right now anyway.

DM: That’s a miss.

Rainbow Dash: Dang it! I take 5 to reroll it.

DM: That… also misses, which means you take 5 more damage.

Rainbow Dash: Double dang it! Stupid dice; cheap, lousy plastic–

Pinkie Pie: Hey, Dash! Just use your rage next turn! I’ll make sure it hits!

DM: Applejack’s turn.

Applejack: Alright, and I’m just close enough to make this work… Ah mark Isabela as mah quarry and charge at her with Marauder’s Rush.

DM: You hit, with extra quarry damage.

Applejack: Then Ah follow up with Sohei Flurry.

DM: Isabela uses an interrupt to deflect part of the damage and shift away.

Applejack: What’s with that smug look on your face all of a sudden? You got an even bigger trick up your sleeve?

DM: What? No, I’m just deliriously happy to finally be using all these toys.
