DragonTrainer first contacted me with the general idea all the way back in October. We eventually agreed that it would be a lot of fun. Crossovers between webcomics aren’t unusual themselves, but we’ve never seen two RPG comics make their groups bounce off each other. It was something we had to try.

Twilight Sparkle: Hey, sorry I’m late. Got caught up in traffic.

DM: No problem. Everyone else just got here, too.

Pinkie Pie: Ooh! Ooh! Guess what? Guess what? New players!

Twilight Sparkle: Really? Oh! Hello! It’s nice to meet you.

Luke: Hello!

Cory: Sup.

Natalie: It’s nice to meet you, too.

Applejack: This here’s my cousin, Cory ‘n his friends Luke and Natalie. When I told ‘em bout this campaign, they asked if it’d be ah’right tah sit in on a session.

DM: I thought it’d be better if they made characters and joined in.

Applejack: They’ve been workin’ on their character sheets for a while, now. They should be just bout done. If Ah know my cousin, though, he’s probably cookin’ up some sorta ungodly abomination.

Twilight Sparkle: What do you mean by that?

DM: Just ask Luke and Cory to show you their first character sheets. Oh, but first, it looks like Nat’s finally finished her character.

Natalie: Hey. Sorry for the wait. Just finished the backstory. I hope it’s not too short.

DM: Only nine pages? Eh, I guess it’ll do.
