Well heres the fight scene I was planning to make a while ago. Quite a bit of conflicts with canon that I’m aware of or are intentional… I sure as heck am not going to draw proteges correct cutie mark with two circling alicorns… Barb is supposed to be wearing armour but I wasn’t able to make it in aesthetically pleasing manner and the magic effect of barbs illusion is quite different from the story. Hmmh…. Might be more still but meh.

Well anyways… greyscale is so much easier to work with, though drawing two almost black ponies in a dark room made this whole picture kinda dark for some reason… Barb was kinda nifty to design as he looks very different in my head. Though I had to scrap the first attempt as it kind of went a bit too close to mister mechs barb… Darn you for drawing stuff thats so memorable. Hum di dum… the background is boring yet again and the perspective is a tad bit wonky… though I’m not quite sure why since I tried to pay special attention to it.
