Description: When the war became clear that the end may be a long dream ahead, and after many bloody incidents throughout its course, dire action needed to be taken. The considerable industrial capacity of Equestria was brought in wholly under the new Equestrian ministries, headed by the bearers of the Elements of Harmony. This consolidation brought to bare all the resources Equestria had to offer and all the engineering minds to go to work at solving the war problem.
