—Diologue coming soon!!—Pendragon got a lot of random bursts of magic growing up and couldn’t burn it out or get rid of it by himself and often ran to Twilight to help him out. It really strained his energy and gave him awful headaches until he was able to reign it in and keep it under control.
I was toying with the idea that Twilight is a v distant descendant of one of the sons of Starswirl the Bearded, which such powerful magic triggers Penny’s unprompted magic attacks
