Twilights Family

Twilight Sparkle, Tempest Shadow & Sombra – Twilight, Tempest and Sombra rule over Ponyville in a polyamorous marriage. Prior to their marriage Twilight and Tempest dated in secret whilst Tempest worked as Royal Guard Captain along with personal guard to Twilight. However when Sombra returned he brought a fight not even Twilight and the mane 8 could defeat. The only option Sombra offered to stop the war was a peace treaty acquired through an arranged marriage that brought Sombra back into his role of King. With All the other princesses being taken It was Twilight who ended up marrying Sombra in order to save Equestria whilst Twilight and Tempest secret relationship turned into their secret affair. Sombra and Twilight went of alone for a honeymoon for a month and as they spent more time with each other, getting to know one another their love grew and along with it Sombra became the stallion he was prior to being corrupted. The two lovers returned happier than when they left but Twilight was stuck between two ponies her husband and Tempest. She decided to assign Tempest to be Sombra’s personal guard for a while which Tempest despised but she could not deny the orders of her Queen. Despite the fact Tempest hated Sombra she did what she could to protect him and as the two got to know each other, they realised they had a lot in common mainly the love and care they had for Twilight. The two fell in love. Tempest confessed to Sombra about her Affair with Twilight as Twilight stood witness only to get a calm reaction and to discover Sombra has suspected the affair the whole time. Sombra then went on to suggest a polyamorous marriage. Now they rule Ponyville together as the Queens & Kings. 

Offspring (Oldest – youngest/Left-right) – Aura, Asteroid & Nightshade. 

Aura, Asteroid and Nightshade are the only kids of Twilight, Tempest and Sombra. They are triplets and were conceived via magic and the assistance of Equestria’s top doctors. Aura is the oldest and most friendly, Asteroid is the middle foal with the most intelligence and Nightshade is the youngest and most quiet of the three. They are 22 years of age and along with their roles of royalty they have jobs dedicated to the skills of their cutie marks.  

Aura is not as intelligent as her brothers but she does not let that get her down whilst she works as a Enchanter,  enchanting items of the Royal Guards Weaponry with magical capabilities. Along with a side job of enchanting items for bits.

Asteroid is an intelligent bookworm like Twilight. Growing up to fall in love with the magic of being a teacher. Several years of training lead to him becoming an officially qualified teacher. He works teacher at his mother’s friendship school and He is going to inherit it from her when she retires.

Nightshade, a very reserved but successful stallion who differed greatly from his older siblings and tended to always be at home or inside in some form of way, grew up to have a successful career in the art of Alchemy. He creates potions for healing, skill enhancements, poisons and many more and His potions are sold throughout all of Equestria.
