For those that dont get the reference this based on an old Garfield comic strip in where Garfield visits the farm of Jon’s family and in there a chicken hatches and imprints on him, thinking him to be his father, so in the final comic of this arc, Garfield tells the chicken to find his mommy, so Garfield has this stoic face in all 3 panels, including the one where he sheds a tear, so i could not resist the feeling of doing a parody of this with Maud
