In the IceKore Verse Sunburst, Doctor Whooves and Stygian are all married and currently living in the Crystal Empire. Because I love this idea, the effect of the crystal look ponies get is permenant. At least in the empire, due to the constant outpouring of light and love from the Crystal Heart. If they left, it’d go away.

After traveling for quite awhile, all around Equestria, Stygian found one of his final destinations to be the Crystal Empire. It was there he re-met Sunburst, or I’d say technically met the first time. Since Stygian never had talked to him in the past. Either way, Sunburst ended up letting Stygian stay away with him during his stay there and hung out almost the whole time during his visit. Eventually, Stygian felt like he was stepping all over Sunbursts hospitality- since he hadn’t left the empire for awhile. [At first he didn’t understand how so much time had escaped him, but he came to realization that he enjoyed Sunburst’s company much more than he felt he should.]

Stygian ended up leaving for a bit, although he promised Sunburst he’d come back after he was done traveling. [It honestly surprised him Sunburst wanted him back] So, after his last few travels around Equestria. Stygian came back, as he had promised. Continuing to spend time with Sunburst [although refused to stay with him at first] but he found himself back in his home once again. It was one early morning when Sunburst asked Stygian out, much to his alarm and confusion. Formerly believing he was unloveable and that homosexuality was, to put it kindly, not accepted back in his day. But he didn’t hesitate to accept.

After awhile of dating, they met Doctor Whooves- who had traveled to the Crystal Empire. They met by incident, but ended up having a long conversation with each other. His personality was very magnetic, to say at the least. They spent more time together and later, invited him out with them. Although the turn out wasn’t what they had expected, Doc assuming they were all on a date and was super ok with that. Even suggesting he’d love to go out on another, which despite their alarm Stygian and Sunburst agreed.

Sunburst

⋆ Is the royal crystaller of all of Cadence’s children.

⋆ Still was a failure in school, that didn’t really change.

⋆ One of the smaller ponies in the NG, the others being Pinkie and Rarity so far.

⋆ Has Dyscalculia.

⋆ He’s autistic.

⋆ Dyed his hair the color it is right now.

Doctor Whooves

⋆ Big guy, at least compared to these two.

⋆ Had a past relationship with Applejack, and had a kid with her.

⋆ Facinated with the whole ‘turning into crystal’ thing, and has been looking for a scientific explanation for this.

⋆ He’s a scientest, unsurprisingly.

⋆ Obviously, really good with mathmatics and numbers and tries to help Sunburst with it. [Stygian also helps, since he’s rather good at math too.]

Stygian

⋆ Currently a teacher at a magic school in the Crystal Empire, it’s not quite like the school in Canterlot [or at least not in the big, super impressive leagues like it is] but it’s a nice school. 

⋆ Not exactly official but he’s sort of a marine biologist on the side, plus there’s so much to catch up on after 1000 years. [he was basically like !!!!!! when he met Skystar, and was told about the whole sea pony thing.]

⋆ Can still cast some dark magic, but he doesn’t, at least not in public. [he can’t imagine in what world that would go over smoothly.]

⋆ A very blunt person, not in a way to be mean but to try and be helpful so nopony gets hurt if they didn’t forsee a negative outcome.

⋆ Pretty quiet and stoic, at least compared to Doc Whooves and Sunburst.

⋆ His appearence was a little altered, and continues to alter after the whole ‘shadow pony’ thing, he isn’t fond of the fact that this has permanantly effected his life in more ways than one.     [EX: he’s slowly gotten taller, his horn was formely undergrown but is now slowly growing which btw, very painful and he’s been getting a lot of headaches currently.]

⋆ When upset/angry his mane [and tail] start to wave, similar to how Sombra’s did. [It’s a very minor case of what happened during the finale, except he doesn’t become a shadow alicorn.]
