From left to right

1) Bastion trying to woo a not-too-thrilled Plumeria. As a teenager, his stardom inflated his ego to, well…Rainbow Dash levels, so of course he assumed that any mare he glanced at would be grovelling at his feet. Not Plumeria though. She would sooner dive head first into a quarry.

2) Janus as a newborn. Nightingale, his adoptive father, fell in love instantly. 

3) Niko treating yet another chemical burn. After a while it got so bad that he had to be hospitalized for a while to treat his wounds, and his parents begged him to stay away from unstable substances and mixtures. But of course, he simply couldn’t do that. Explosions and chemicals were his one true love, so instead, his parents later purchased a nice lab coat and proper goggles for him. For such a little guy, he has a really high tolerance for pain. 

4) Larkspur befriends all creatures, especially the more toxic or venomous ones. Even Fluttershy gets nervous about his rattlesnake-cuddling habits. Discord laments over his son’s harmonious approach to dangerous animals.   “I swear my son has no imagination! He doesn’t even change the animal’s color! He just-CUDDLES them! I sometimes wonder if he even has powers…that is until he transforms my lawn chair into a porcupine.”

5) For the longest time, Connie and Plumeria simply did not get along. Connie thought babies were gross and weird, and instead elected to read for hours on end and flirt with the nearest kid their age. Plumeria was stuck with her mother, who kept her busy for hours on end in flight training. Connie sooner resented this as it became evident that Rainbow was far more enthusiastic about her winged child than them, and so this then bred resentment. Plumeria on the other hand was always pretty interested in befriending her sibling, but she was also always too busy to do so.
