Okay, so this is my official next generation of mlp (The ponies who are just children are the main ones) So now I will give a brief-ish description of each family. Please remember that this is my opinion, and my head-canon ships, so if you don’t agree with some of this, don’t make a huge deal out of it  

The SunLight Family: Sunset Shimmer eventually returned to the pony universe, when the original human Sunset returned. Twilight was more than willing to help her friend find a new place. After time, they admitted their feelings to each other, and were married after two years of a relationship (Twilight had already given up the chance of immunity when she first became a princess). They soon decided they wanted foals, and with special magic, they were able to have MoonLight Horizon, and are expecting a second child. Moonlight’s personality is much like both her parents, bookwormish, adventurous, and rather skilled with magic at such a young age.

The FlutterCord Family: Discord had always had strong feelings for the timid pony ever since she was willing to befriend him when nopony else would. Flutter had to admit she had grown to love the draconequus, and eventually married. They had never expected child birth to be possible, being two different species, so it game as a complete surprise when Fluttershy became pregnant. Their filly, LionHeart, Turned out mostly pony, aside from the lion and eagle feet she has. Her personality isn’t very timid, but is slightly mischievous, with the kindness of her mother.

The SoarinDash Family: The majority of the wonderbolts had expected Rainbow and Soarin to get together eventually, and they even admitted to liking each other weeks before they started dating (they both took it rather well). They always found time to spend time together in between their constant routine practices and training, and after about a year, married. They soon had a son, Whirlwind Flash, who aspired to join his parents in the wonderbolts from a very young age. They later had Lightning Blitz, who <del>while still being as athletic as her older brother</del> was rather more bookwormish than Whirlwind, reading Daring Do and many other popular novels from a young age.

The CheesePie Family: Pinkie was the first of the mane six to marry, and even have kids. Apparently her and Cheese had been dating since before Starlight became Twilight’s apprentice, and they married not long after the second changling predicament. When the other girls had only recently been married, Cheese and Pinkie had their first child, Fairy Floss, who didn’t turn out as hyper as her parents, but was still just as cheerful. Their second daughter, Chocolate Cheesecake, on the other hoof, was her parent’s times two, and just as good at making friends, befriending the majority of the foals in PonyVille at the age of four!

The RaritySpike/RariPants Families: Rarity and Spike and actually dated for a year, and even tried for a child before marriage. Unfortunately, they decided things were not working out between the two before their child was born, and broke up (Rarity raised the child, and still allowed Spike to visit the child whenever he wanted, as they were still friends). Their daughter, Emerald, turned into a mix of pony and dragon, having a dragon like tail, and even the ability to breathe fire. Her and LionHeart grew close, as they were both cross-breeds (Best friends, nothing romantic) Rarity later found a second relationship in FancyPants, and married shortly after. They are now expecting a foal the a few short months!

The CaramelApple Family: Applejack’s cousin Braeburn had introduced her to Caramel, and they quickly fell in love, both wishing to have a large family in the future. After their marriage, they had their first child, AppleCake, who was skilled in baking, and often helped at SugarCube Corner, now run by Pound and Pumpkin Cake. They then had twins, a filly and a colt. Toffee Apple, the colt, is very outgoing, loves talking to other ponies, and quite strong for such a small family. His sister, Candy Apple, is not much different, thought prefers the less crowded areas. Besides their small differences, the twins are closer than ever. AppleJack and Caramel had one last child, AppleBuck, who is still just a baby.
