Out of the 20 ponies hoof-picked by Empress Celestia shortly following the Unification Wars, Deadshot Calamity’s genetic modification proves to be one of the more unique, instead of a mental or biological change his was physical. During his ascension to Primarchood, he was fused with a unique form of living metal, bonded with this nanobiotic alloy he became stronger and far more resistant to physical harm, while visibly not apparent in his gene-children, the space marines born from his gene-seed grow far thicker skin, some of the oldest Iron Hooves have skin as strong as metal, although it’s physical appearance remains unaltered. During the Black Heresy, Calamity descended into battle along with his legion, only to be betrayed in the Drop-Site Massicure. This left him vulnerable when faced by the primarch of the 3rd legion, Velvet Remedy, who at this point had fallen under the control of the Laer Blade. When the battle was over he lay decapitated over the corpses of his marines, his head taken as an offering to the dark gods…
