No this isn’t an OC, it’s Whimsey Weatherbe from MLP. She only appeared in a straight to DVD movie called Twinkle Wish Adventures. Wanted to draw a dragon in G4 style, but for some reason found out there was another dragon besides Spike and one not big and better detailed like the one from Dragonshy. Turns out there was a female dragon….that apparently has a New Jersey accent. Go figure. She kinda looks like a Jersey Shore type of dragon now that I think of it. Her name is self explanatory, she can make weathery stuff like snow.I altered her look a little, but not by much. XP If you wanna see what she really looks like google her or see the movie on youtube.
