Alright. This one deserves some explanation.

With the Greek pony challenge is magic extended for one week, I wanted to revisit an old deviation done for ATG, which can be seen here: [link]

That explains Dash as Zeus. However, who is Celestia? Stop guessing… it’s supposed to be Cronus.

Here’s are some quick notes on who Cronus is.. in the likely event you don’t know (or forgotten) who he is and what he accomplished in life.

1) He’s the father of Zeus, and a titan.

1) Cut off father’s (Uranus) genitals with a sickle.

2) Ate all of his children minus Zeus plus a rock. The guy was pretty stupid.

3) Died to a lightning bolt in the face.

So, I wanted to illustrate Cronus’ “finest moment.” Why is Celestia summoning some sort of fireball? I have no idea. I wanted it to appear as a struggle instead of Rainbow Dash zapping poor Celestia in the head. Cronus didn’t have fireballs or anything.. it’s something I made up. Maybe there’s a Greek God out there who shoots fireballs.. if so, Celestia is that guy!
