He is from an RPG. When this was drawn, he had recently obtained a shield which can dodge any attack (the shield, not the wielder), but he was small enough to wear it as armour. Unfortunately, unlike in the image, which was drawn on obtaining the item, he has to wear it above his clothes with breakaway straps, because on further testing with shooting at it, it does move fast enough to bring him to probably lethal heights if he is securely strapped to it (he was smart enough to test it strapped to a weight first). Though, being thrown into the air would still probably be less lethal than a direct hit with a cannon.
