Concept art p1, Earth pony mains.The mlp rabbit hole dragged me into the Au hole, so now I'm here
The idea here is to combine Gen 4 with Gen 5. It's kind of my idea of what Gen would be like if they went the reboot route. The time period is going to take place in monder equestria (g5) with canonically the characters from both series. There are going to be two story lines as far as I thought of with plot A being the plot of the first movie with a few difference the difference being that Sunset is going to be the main villain and she's going to go on the quest to restore magic with the mane 6 and that instead of looking for the unity crystals they're looking for princess Celestia to restore magic and unity. Plot B is going to be basically the first 2 episodes of fim with a nightmare moon being the villain. In this world, the whole reason ponies separated was because Celestia, sending her sister away, started a chain of distrust and disharmony.
This being my Au also means I can redesign and change the characters as much as I want, so here I made Sunset and Flutters earth ponies.
With this also being a mix of the two taking place in g5 equestria, I had to find a way to fit the FIM ponies in this world. So yeah, Sunset is the daughter of Argyle Starshine (who is still alive in this au) and bigger sister of Sunny starscout (who is a filly along with the other mane 6) Sunset is a narcissist who simply wants powers over other ponies. In this Au, she uses the fear surrounding unicorns and pegasus to manipulate other ponies into thinking that she knows what she's talking about and putting trust into her.
AppleJack and Fluttershy lead a girl/boy scout day camp for the fillies in maritime Bay. A few years ago, just like everypony else, Apple used to have hate and fear for the other races, but Flutters convinced her that they didn't even know what they're like and at the end of the day they are ponies just like them. While Apple still isn't fully sure if the others mean them harm, she has accepted that there is a possibility they are just normal ponies with different features .#mlp #mlpfanfic #mlpfanart #mlpapplejack #mlpsunsetshimmer #mlpfluttershy
