The task was simple. Divert the abnormal cold front coming in from the north of the Crystal Empire, that's all Rainbow had to do with Spitfire. Instead, something caught their attention, and before they knew it another weather anomaly influenced by some enhancement had struck them down.

How was an Arctic downburst even possible? It couldn't be. Yet, when Rainbow Dash rose from her crash landing after being dragged away by Spitfire, blinded by her eyes having been frozen shut, the damage she suffered could only be imagined as fear took hold again.

They had only escaped the enchanted storm for a moment's time. An Artic downburst, impossible or not, was only seconds away from finishing what it started.
