The weird tongue thing is actually ||an ability of sorts she gains after a tongue eating louse created by said god decides to inhabit her mouth. It gives her weird memory absorbing powers... at a not yet apparent cost.||

The story itself revolves around Leona as she grows up in a new world full of new opportunities, and uses knowledge from her past life to make a name for herself in her new life :3
