One of six main characters from a horror fanfic I’m writing. I absolutely suck at drawing, so I used Pony Town to design my characters. Along with Lemongrass, Rosebud’s name was supposed to be mononymous, until I learned that there were already countless other OCs with those names. So, I gave them surnames in order to make all of their names unique. TIL I’m not creative. Oh well, who cares.

Rosebud Peach is an older teenage/young adult earth pony mare with a peachy-pink coat and hot pink eyes. Her manes are bouncy and yellow. She wears a pair of flower hairbows. Her cutie mark depicts two red roses on a single green stem. She was born with two heads. She is commonly mistaken for conjoined twins, and she was mistaken for such at birth. However, she is in fact only one pony. Her studies are the only ones out of her friends to include psychologists, who would struggle to ascertain the structure of her nervous system. Upon arrival in Ponyville, she is taken in by Pinkie Pie.

Rosebud is tremendously self-conscious, believing she has the most obvious and eye-catching deformity of her friends. When in public, she will do anything she can to cover the top half of her body, becoming quite nervous if exposed. Although she suffers great social anxiety, she maintains a bright, cheerful attitude when comfortable. When she’s with her group of lifelong friends, she does occasionally speak, albeit sparingly. When with strangers, she avoids talking in order to not draw attention to herself. She can be difficult to maintain friendship with, as she often needs to be forced places, and she will even refuse offers from friends if they require going out in public. However, once her personality shines through, ponies immediately fall in love with her sweet voice and kind attitude.

Rosebud is very into botany and gardening, though she has unfortunately been unable to practice this hobby due to her and her friends' lifestyle. She enjoys the company of her friends, and she prefers to be with at least one of them at any given time rather than being alone. She strongly dislikes appearing in public, let alone performing activities such as eating or shopping. She doesn't like introducing herself, and she prefers to have others speak for her whenever possible.

Rosebud is one of the six deformed ponies born at NEverCHEM. She and her friends spent their whole fillyhoods there, where they underwent incessant, retrospectively unethical, laboratory studies and physiological experiments. When they were all old enough, they unified and left the medical facility they called home, once they believed they bore the legal right to. They have since been travelling around Equestria, visiting villages and towns, looking for a safe place to start a new life together. They had no idea NEverCHEM wouldn’t let them go so easily.
