ATG Prompt: Draw a pony staying up late / Draw a pony kept in the dark

Okay, simple idea today in that old changeling eyes always appear kinda glowy (I mean how else are they going to show up dramatically in the dark!), so I wanted to have a little fun with that. I'm actually pretty happy with this one!

It had been close to a year since Spectrum and Mac had come to blows. It didn't really feel real anymore. The two were both geeky at heart and when they got a book they were interested in, it was a sure all-nighter or two to get through as fast as possible. There were times it still felt very weird to Spectrum, but more now that sort of fun weird feeling when your friend had some weird quirks. This friend just had a lot more quirks.
