It took three months for extra-planetary response teams to stabilize, or satiate, the inhabitants of the colony of Chrion after the addictive "Red-8 additive" contamination from Mamba Burger. The planet, with 96% of its surface covered in heavily developed cityscape, had its public infrastructure suffer catastrophic damage as the live loads of the rapidly fattening population crushed the ground and structures beneath them. While an antidote to neutralize the addiction was being worked on, teams were tasked with the continual feeding and moving of citizens.

Continual Containment Zones, more commonly called "Chub Clubs" were rapidly set up on any remaining open land and what little sporting arenas there were on Chiron. While the new semi-luxurious modular enclosures for the impossibly obese citizens were being built fast enough to meet demand, the relocation process for stranded, multi-ton, immobilized ponies could take up to a week when following safety procedures. This led to the creation of Sustenance Deployment Sites, or "food firebases," which were staffed by delivery drones and food replication technology to continue overfeeding ponies still awaiting transport.
