Anthro chubby Pinkie Pie can't use a bunch of expired balloons, even if still good. So what's she gonna do with 'em? (Yeah, that's stupid.) Anyway, I've seen inflatable sprinklers converted to balloon inflators, which is awesome! Got the idea from there. Not exactly sure what it is though...
