This is a character that the community knows as "Flare de Mare," a theoretical character from the potentially hit comic/show, Power Ponies!

As far as me and my sources are aware, that name doesn't actually belong to that character. Since my friend and I personally both agree it's terrible anyway, so I will introduce a new name that my friend came up with!

"HOT TROT"

Personally, I would have included it in the drawing, but since I used my mobile tablet for this one and had some troubles, I decided against it. I'm going to need to remake this someday anyway. There are a number of problems already and I'd rather just shade and push it out than worry about it for now.
