Well, everyone from both ends of the fictional web world: furries and bronies alike…

It has come to my attention… and it is with a heavy heart that I must postpone this donation drive, until further notice. My apologies for many of you who might have been eager to see how this would have turned out. However, a number of factors have played out in this tough decision:

First, I was informed that while I’m normally a balloon fetishist, inflation and fat fetishes gain the most attention by comparison. Don’t get me wrong; I do make some time to draw <span class="caps">THOSE</span> situations, and while I haven’t gotten back on that side as of lately, I was hoping that I could try it out with some characters that I saw fit. Next, and most importantly, the timing did feel a bit off. I relatively just got back from doing another incentive drive, which was very helpful for the most drive. And I didn’t think much of the negative effects of pulling in another one right after the other. But given my current financial situation, and the fact that my student loans are not until the end of this month, I felt the need to act quick. In the end, that made me sound really desperate.

Truth be told, I never wanted to be a financial burden to anyone, especially those who just helped me with the last drive not too long ago. And they were right, donations drive <span class="caps">ARE</span> supposed to be a rarity, and <span class="caps">ORIGINALLY</span> I was aiming to do this much later on in the year (say November or December), but look where this decision got me. Sparing y’all further details, I think I’ve learned my lesson here. While I do enjoy drawing for you as in form of Commission requests, I wanted to do these drives as something special. And that’s not to say to be in competition with any fellow “fat/inflation” artists out there doing the same thing. (not naming who)

Still, at this point, I now feel that it was wrong for me to host a drive so quickly after doing another one. I guess the need for money kind of got to your boi. And they were also right on another thing, a donation drive is kind of like, say, Games Done Quick, which is a charity fundraiser held twice a year. The 6-month gap between events usually gives contributors there enough time to get funds to donate at will. Now I felt like asking: does the same apply to cartooning as well? <span class="caps">PLEASE</span> <span class="caps">LET</span> ME <span class="caps">KNOW</span>….

With all that being said, I am postponing this drive until a much later date, which right now is <span class="caps">TBA</span>. Again, I am SO sorry for how this turned out and the effects that rushed decisions can have on not only me, but to my bros….
