One thing I’m honestly a little bit surprised at regarding the Student Six in Friendship is Magic is that they haven’t shown what Sandbar’s cutie mark – the turtles – relate to. :o

But from early on in Season 8, and given his kind of ‘chill surfer dude’ personality Sandbar has, and with some people in the fanbase seeing him as being like the Student Six’s element of Kindness, I can see him as being like a turtle vet. :aww:

So, seen as I wanted to draw Tank (Rainbow Dash’s pet tortoise), I decided to implement him in here. And yes, I do realise that Tank is a <span class="caps">TORTOISE</span> and not a turtle – but I remembered that running joke in ‘May the Best Pet Win!’, and seen as tortoises and turtles have some similarities in their biologies, I thought that Rainbow Dash may have gone to ask Sandbar for help at the School of Friendship is Magic by accidentally saying ‘my turtle needs help! He’s ill, and you know all about turtles!’, and Fluttershy learned about the mistake and came along anyway. :lol: (To be honest though, I was halfway through drawing this picture, and I thought ‘wait, is Tank a tortoise or a turtle?’ But I put a lot of effort into drawing it, so I thought it would be a shame to not upload after putting some time into it.)
