Blame MisterMech for this. All his awesome Fallout: Equestria https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=288FDea17Ks fanart pushed me to check out the fanfic only to find out it was epic. And his own FO:E OC’s made me wanna make one too.Since I had issues making my IZ OC Zapp fit into FiM with her being a cyborg, he mentioned she does fit in perfectly within the FO:E universe. He helped me giving her stats and picking her skills to make her really fit into the universe that builds on the Fallout games. Which I have never played. I ain’t no gamer.
Was rather fun playing with the concept. Zapp’s a unicorn living on her own out in the wasteland, on an old farm she patched back together just enough to live in. It’s her workshop where people can come to get their stuff repaired or to sell or buy weapons. She also make use of a special spell which secrets she refuse with others. She can recharge batteries and magic/energy based weapons for quite a price. She doesn’t care if you are just an adventurer, a slaver or raider as long you can pay what you buy and then just leave her alone. She has plenty of weaponry and magic to make it clear she prefer you kept from making things difficult for her. That and her guard dog https://www.deviantart.com/ravenpuff/art/FO-E-Tika-306329655 and the minefield around her home she can activate with a remote device.
She never shows her cutiemark and hates being touched. The artifical eyeball in her cybernetic eyes is a polished magical gem that adds a few extra functions to her eye, so you can’t even get away with trying to steal anything even if she had her back turned on you.
