Follow-up from this explicit image. Twilight will have you know that technically her plan to “distract” the Pony of Shadows totally worked, and that this is just an unforeseen side-effect of it :D
Also I largely based the pose on this image. I’m not too good at drawing pregnancies, let alone such an unrealistically huge one :D
