This was an odd one, this one isn’t a character re-draw, more at the time an aesthetic study instead of a character driven one during 2011.

Drawing for the sake of drawing.

Looking back on it, off the bat I really don’t know what I was trying to do with that cutie mark with how overly complicated it is, but I appreciate past me’s symmetry.

Anyway, for lack of a name I simply dubbed this unicorn ‘Green Lady’, I remember going through so many names for her like ‘Gold Leaf’, ‘Sweet Bay’, ‘Photinia’, all that sort of thing but for now ‘Green Lady’ suits her just fine. I don’t think I thought up much for her story or background wise, she really was just an exercise of drawing and colour theory.

But I’d like to think she serves high quality herbal tea somewhere and scares the fuzz off of ponies because of her stoic neutral…rather Maud-like staring.
