Neon Flare stares in shock as her flight partner, Thunderlane, brags about how he performed better on the latest flight exam than her younger partner

My idea was to draw Neon Flare looking shocked, but then I thought for what reason? I thought about drawing ‘Lare somewhere at the academy, so figured I’d draw her alongside her flight partner Thunderlane. They’re both standing in the Wonderbolts Academy locker room. Both are wearing their Reservist suits and goggles, as well as their badge pins. Like I previously announced in a drawing, ‘Lare was awarded the prestigious golden badge. I wonder how Thunderlane feels about being led by a teenage mare!
