More of Night Rain

– a commission for DuskRaven that I did over on Deviant Art, and they allowed me to post here. Night Rain is taking a gander at his new look and starting to like it. Rainbow Dash apparently agrees :D

Here’s DuskRaven’s description: “Eventually, Night Rain’s friendship – and relationship – with Rainbow Dash starts to change him for the better. No longer the meek, aimless pony he used to be, he’s become influenced by RD’s better traits. To reflect that change (and with a bit of prompting from RD) he’s decided to spruce up his appearance. After an afternoon spent picking out accessories and getting his mane and tail done, the two stand in front of a mirror in Carousel Boutique, examining the results. Rainbow seems to approve, while Night Rain is still getting over his surprise. A year ago, he wouldn’t have considered trying to make himself look better or stand out in any way, but now… he looks great. And thanks to RD, he feels great, too.”

Oh, and just in case you’re wondering, this is taking place at Carousel Boutique, hence the mirror and background. I imagine Rainbow Dash had to talk Rarity out of her more “fancy” makeover ideas for Night Rain.
