Despite the approaching trouble time continued to flow for the sleeping Tera. Soon the occasional, instinct-driven twitches had turned to a more constant fidgeting. Whatever she dreamed was centered only around water and relief now.

Her calm breathing had sped up to a more labored rhythm as a symbol of her condition and more strained sounds escaped her lips from time to time. Still her body’s urge didn’t seem to be enough for her to wake up entirely. It was like even in this dreamy state, the mare knew what she desired: A challenge of her limits. So she just curled slightly in her bed, clenching her hindlegs together despite the urge growing rapidly by now.

A hoof wandered over her lower belly, feeling up her clearly overstretched bladder which formed the obvious bulge.

Tera’s hips were barely holding still now. She could not reach her crotch like this, not even if she were completely conscious, so the only things keeping the torrent of golden liquid from escaping was her own willpower and the pressure she could apply with her hinds.

Her sleep finally began to fade as bladder was burning for relief for a time seeming like an eternity in the meantime but the final challenge had just began. I won't get up..-], those thoughts went through her mind and indeed it was pain riding her body now, flaring from her abdomen and her small, tired sphincter and causing her to squirm in agony. Yet as always this intense feeling or pressure and fullness was sending incredible waves of anticipation for relief and even a form of pleasure towards her mind. She would keep this up as long as she would be able to, no matter what.
