Some say Spring Springsly is a little too happy-go-lucky. Founder of the small settlement of Hope, she’s a firm believer in ponies doing better and clings tightly to the phrase “Hope Springs Eternal”. Her grandparents were born and bred in a Vault, though theirs was one of the first few to open to the wastes. Usually seen roaming her town in pre-war shirts and dresses. Despite her charming appearance, Spring is adept at small guns and could charm her way out of a slaver’s camp.
