Scarlett Banner is a washed up, aging, alcoholic pirate who's still bitter about the past. Once the captain of an infamous crew known as The Red Tide, her glory days are now long behind her. It's not entirely clear how she keeps getting access to seaworthy vessels, but they were likely sourced in unsavory ways. Whatever sorry excuse for a crew she has these days tends to be disjointed, wrought with infighting. Unable to hit large targets anymore, Scarlett plunders smaller ships: local traders, fisherponies, and basically anything else with a sail.
