Hello everybody! Today I want to tell you a little bit about what has been happening to me lately.

Don't worry, it won't be a sad post~

Just a few days ago, I had my last visit to a therapist! In two days, I will stop taking pills, and I will officially become a healthy person

It was a therapy that lasted 8 months. Last September, I found out that I have an anxiety-depressive disorder
Since 2021, I've been squeezing myself to the last drop for the sake of drawing. In 2023, this led to a severe drop in immunity and the infection of the virus, which I coped with only six months later. After that, I refused to continue my deadly drawing marathons.

You may have noticed that after that, at the end of last summer, I had a little depressive episode. And only then did I finally come across a psychologist who advised a medical solution to the problem.

I was lucky to get to a good therapist, who immediately prescribed treatment
Before the start of treatment, I could not imagine what a truly "normal" condition it was:
No tears every night. There are no breakdowns. No twitching of the limbs and head. No daily self-harm. There are no problems getting out of bed or eating. There is no more anemia

All that was needed was a good doctor, a correct diagnosis and pills. It's only been half a year and it's like I'm a new person!

The point of the story is that mental health is important, and no matter how bad it is, everything can turn out for the better! ❤

P.S.: Oh, and now I've become sluggard :D
I won't do any more challenges like before. Don't worry, I'm not giving up drawing. I'll just quietly continue my studies, and if I start to draw occasionally, I will definitely show you ;3
