Not a ninja, naturally, but every group of superheroes needs a gadgeteer, don'tcha think? Also, Owlolicious is cuter than I thought she'd end up being. Opal would likely be some kind of magic student and also Rarity's model for her non-pony fashions... channeling a little Jenny the Aldaberran Witch energy there.

Also also, Twi would totally be the type to lounge around in yoga pants in her off time, I think.
