Windy Whistles had been away for a week visiting some friends. Scootaloo had been spending the week with her father (Bow Hothoof), her big sister (Rainbow Dash), her grandmare (Firefly), her uncle (Rainbow Blaze) and her friends. Although the little filly did have fun with her friends and family, she missed her mother. Which is why at the end of the week, Scootaloo got a big surprise!

Scootaloo hums a little tune as she walks towards the house. However, just before she's about to go inside, a familiar voice calls out to her

???: Hello~! I'm home~!

Scootaloo gasped as she knew that voice all too well. She turned to see her adopted mom, Windy Whistles, holding her suitcase

Windy: Delighted to see her adopted daughter Scootaloo!

Scootaloo: Delighted to see her adopted mother Mom! I missed you! We all missed you!

Windy: I missed you all too! But, I'm back! Come here, sweetie! Give Mommy a hug!

Scootaloo grins as she runs over to Windy who opens her arms. The two then share a loving embrace
