This is one of my favorite episodes of My Little Pony G1. It’s called “The Magic Coins”. The ponies need to pay a lonely troll with a new treasure since they used his coins. They split into three groups and each goes to find a treasure that the troll might like. Spike, Heart Throb and Magic Star go to the Haunted Garden to retrieve a Golden Rose only to find trouble withe hedge animals/topiary but Spike scares them with his fire breath.

This was supposed to be a practice for fire effect but I failed at this and drawing the hedge animals was a pain.
