Even with the weather getting chilly and a bit overcast and dreary, sometimes a nice walk in the cold air does a mind and body well, and so Octavia's out giving her legs a good stretch as the denser clouds roll on in. There wasn't a great amount of rain expected today, so the scarf would suffice enough, she believed - perhaps she should have gotten an umbrella, though...
