The two most troublesome colts in Ponyville, all grown! Even as teenagers and adults, Snips and Snails have a bad habit of attracting misfortune. Whether its by accidentally kicking a hoofball into Twilight's castle, getting roped into a pyramid scheme,

or touching a dangerous slug that I told you not to touch Snips, Lune dammit now I gotta drag you to the hospital, no I can't suck the poison out dude thats not how it works, also, gross-

Snips is a feisty, fuzzy pony-boy who works at Ponyville's own Mane & Tail Salon. He has a bad habit of talking his client's ears off, but he's got enough skill with the clippers and scissors to make up for it. When he got old enough to do so, he cropped his ears.

Snails is a tall, gangly master of taking things slow and steady, sometimes putting up fliers for his meditation classes or just spending time in the local cafe or park. He studies malacology (the biology of mollusks) in his spare time.

Despite their effortless forrays into events that would tarnish another pony's livelihood and probably reputation, Snips and Snails are still regarded fondly by many of Ponyville's townsfolk. They can't help it if they attract such trouble, and, well, every village needs its idiot(s). They currently room together with Pipsqueak, and their apartment is exactly as messy as you think it is.

Snips and Snails have matured at least a little bit since their hyperactive colt days, but have not gotten better at getting out of sticky situations. Thank goodness the Mane Six or the CMC are usually nearby to help.
