Maybe it’s the old Chrono Trigger player in me, but I love it when I see two characters learn a really effective combo that plays to both their strengths. It feels like combos don’t survive long in D&D.
Our Vampire: the Masquerade game is still going strong! Running this system is turning out to be a lot of fun.

Transcript:
DM: Is that gonna be your whole turn again, or…?
Pinkie Pie: Nah, Pinkie’s bored now. Twilight, mind if I borrow you for a second?
Twilight Sparkle: Uh, sure?
Pinkie Pie: Just imagine that Pinkie’s holding Twilight like a machinegun.
Twilight Sparkle: …Okay. Why?
Pinkie Pie: I’m gonna set up the combo we did for Elusive’s ninjas! Remember?
Twilight Sparkle: Huh? Oh, right! Glimpse the Future and Color Spray, wasn’t it?
DM: I can’t believe, of all characters, [_you two_] are the ones who’ve come up with a signature combo attack.
Twilight Sparkle: I can’t say no to more bonus accuracy.
Pinkie Pie: That’s my secret! It’s ALL buffs and combos!
DM: Fittingly, it’s both absurd and unreasonably effective.
