A bit of a storied history with this one: this is a redraw of a reimagining of an unoriginal story’s villains, who weren’t developed beyond the capacity and flatness of cardboard. That evil version was dubbed Rainbow Flash, but I wanted something like Rainbow Slash instead…
I think I’ll call this version Evisceral Prism to set the difference. This is the reason for all the weird tags this piece has. ._.
