Lightning-Dust: I’ll tear every single one of the..APART!!!!!!

Ghoul: So yeah I decided to draw Lightning Dust as an Agent of A.I.M.S specifically Kamen rider Vulcan why? No reason just for fun but,if I had to make one up I’d go with the fact there both rule breakers who choose to do whatever they want.

Well with Vulcan he’s hot headed and chooses to do things his own way for the sake of vengence but, is still a hero because using his rage to fight the villain faction of the series while Lightning Dust is a thrill seeker who’d put other ponies lives in danger

two rule-breakers one comes off as rebel but, still a hero. The other one comes off as a jerk, that would in-dangers other ponies.
