Merriweather is a great pony and like omg I really love the whole “battle-hardened mom” aspect. She’s been a warrior and she shows it proudly. She’s stoic and don’t take no shit but she’ll also give you the shirt off of her back because she cares and she ain’t afraid to let anybody know it.

I ALSO REALLY LIKED THAT SHE WAS EASY TO COLOR. I think though I’m gonna keep this style of lineart for finished, standalone pictures, rather than my comic; I need something as fast as possible, and while this isn’t THAT much slower than my usual way, it’s still a little bit of a hassle compared to the other. So, there ya go!)
