Optobella, more commonly known as Desu Eyes, is a serious condition involving the sparklification of the cornea. The main cause for the condition is eye trauma, though some cases are hereditary. Strangely, no loss or interruption of vision is reported for patients with this condition. Instead, the condition affects bystanders more severely. Those that come in visual contact with an optobella patient often experience severe loss of concentration, higher brain function, and movement as the person becomes enamored with the eyes of the patient. In some severe cases, the affected bystander may even wish to obtain the condition for themselves, attributing partially to the spread of the disease. In any case, sunglasses, contacts, and sometimes quarantine procedures are needed to prevent such spreading, with the former two often prescribed for the condition as a precautionary measure. No known cure or direct treatment is known for condition, though some laboratory experiments have made promising finds towards treatment of corneal sparklification.

Guest starring aha-mccoy’s Dr. Tony, to bring the grief news to Morgana.
Never again… Never again shall I dare draw Desu Eyes. They are impossible. He’ll be wearing blindfolds or sunglasses from now on, just so I won’t have to draw those eyes ever again. You have no idea how many times I had to redo just to try get them looking not too horribly.
Poor thing, he’s already as he is and now cursed with Desu Eyes too? Remember kids, play responsibly with glitter or this could happen to you.
