Meet Flare Beam :3

THe second child of Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle.

Flare Beam is a tomboy, with a tough and snarky attitude.

Although she can be seen as a bit of a pain by others, she is still a god pony at heart, and is loyal to her family and friends, and is very protective of them (She used to beat up bullies who used to bully her friends when she was a kid). 

She is currently a royal guard, and is a bodyguard to the royals (Twilight and Flash where against it at first, even more so when the attack happened, butthey come to respect her choice). She is skilled in combat magic, along with fire spells. She is also a skilled hoof-to-hoof fighter too, as she enjoys martial arts and likes to spar and set up fights with her and her friends/guards.

She can get overconfident and full of herslef at times, and often jumps into action without getting a better judgement.

This actually resulted in how she got her scars and became blinded in one eye.

During her brothers crowning as prince, a group of changelings attacked the palace. She rushed in to try and save her brother and the civillians, but she encountered a large group of changelings. She tried to fight them off, but they proved to be too much and overpowered her, beating her and giving her the scars she has, before they where blasted away by Twilight.

She still beats herself up over that incident, and it has given her soem self-doubt on if she can really save others.
