updating these old comics i did brings up old insecurites i had, where wanting to be appreciated is conflicting with my inablity to accept compliements and percieve them as shollow and superficial. bringing it up makes it sound like im arrogant and not saying anything perpetuates the issue. in the end, this whole thing felt silly and i just suck it up and play video games.
