Well, this overweight and slightly messy guy is Quick Fix, a stallion with the special talent of being able to repair anything no matter how damaged it is, with the downside that his repairs look absolutely horrible.
His repairs are supposed to be just a temporary fix until a more professional repair could be implemented, but since ponies are ponies, they eventually get lazy, decide to keep the ugly fix and move on.
His cutie mark is a roll of duct tape.
