Decided to do my headcanon of Sombra.
Not very different from the show since I do really enjoy his design. I do heacdacanon that he can switch between his pony and Umbrum forms at will once he knows of his heritage.
The Umbrum’s are depicted as starved looking horses, so I took a few liberties and made gave them more skull like heads. Their ears, manes, and tails are purely wisps of magic and shadows meant to make the Umbrum more horse like.
