To summarize what the AU is about, basically different events occur that cause certain events and characters to go and act differently than we know them. In this version of Equestria, it is ruled by the Pillars of Equestria (Starswirl, Mistmane, Rockhoof, Somnambula, Flash Magnus, And Mage Meadowbrook) who are cursed to be immortal.

For years, the Pillars of Old Equestria have stood tall as the champions of the land, however their lifes changed when they were hit by a sudden curse, a curse that caused them to live for eternity. When Celestia and Luna disappeared, they took their place and ruled the land with peace. Each Pillar contributes something to Equestria and helps improve it, Starswirl is the Pillar of Sorcery, he helps the land by improving magic and how it is handled, he also teaches young unicorns to improve on their magic skills. Mistmane is the Pillar of Beauty, she makes sure that there is a balance between artificial beauty and natural beauty, she doesn’t want greedy ponies to take any beauty away from anything. Rockhoof is the Pillar of Strength, he manages the scape of how villages and cities are built, he mostly helps out the buildings of said lands. Mage Meadowbrook is the Pillar of Healing, she helps Equestria improve on medicine and helps those who are ill. Flash Magnus is the Pillar of Bravery, he is the founder and commander of the Flight Squadron (This AUs version of the Wonderbolts), he teaches Pegasi how to defend themselves but also teach them to improve their skills in flight. And Somnabula is the Pillar of Hope, she makes sure that hope remains in ponies hearts and encourages ponies who bring happiness and joy to them. They all made an impact on the land and they will try their best to protect the land from any future threats, even if Sunburst and his friends do the same job, they’ll still protect the realm at all costs.
