Description:
Rarity floated over a stuffed rabbit she had pulled from Sweetie Belle’s room and gently pressed it into Fluttershy’s hooves.
It had taken a great deal of hugging and shushing to get Fluttershy to calm down from her little accident and subsequent diaper change. But eventually Rarity had dried her eyes and gotten her cleaned up and back into her onesie pajamas.
Fluttershy just held onto Rarity as she cooed at her. Rarity was unsure if Fluttershy had been shocked into silence by the whole ordeal, or it was just ‘Shy being ‘Shy. The stuffed rabbit seemed to be helping though. The poor girl probably had accidents like this happen often, but was too embarrassed to tell any of her friends about it.
“Why don’t you stay the night tonight, hmm? I think you will feel better in the morning…” Rarity said in a tone she hoped wasn’t too condescending.
Fluttershy nodded without making eye contact with her, and reached up to hold Rarity’s hoof as she led her to her room. The behavior seemed odd to Rarity, but having your wet diaper changed by one of your best friends wasn’t exactly normal, so Rarity chalked it up to her trying to cope with the situation.
“Now we don’t have any fold-out beds, but I think this will work just fine for tonight.” said Rarity.
Rarity used her magic to pull out Sweetie Belle’s old crib. Sweetie had stopped using it just 6 months ago, so it was still in pristine condition. Rarity worried that this would push her too far, so she attempted to lighten the mood a little.
“And besides, just imagine how Marvelous you will look with the whole set! Stuffed rabbit: check, diapers: check, crib: check, and the icing on the cake, designer snap up onesie pajamas made by yours truly.” Rarity said with a flourish.
“We could put you on the cover of Foal Fashion Monthly and nopony would be the wiser!” Rarity smiled and looked at Fluttershy. She finally met her eyes, and blushed bright red. Rarity had started to feel awful for making her friend feel worse… but then she noticed, Fluttershy had also let slip a very small smile, and she could barely hear a soft giggle.
Rarity hugged her again, and Fluttershy fell into the embrace.
“Its getting late dear, let’s get you to bed.” Rarity said as she lifted her up over the railings of the crib with her magic, and tucked her in. Then Rarity had a thought.
“Oh! I almost forgot!”
Fluttershy could see Rarity using her magic before the pacifier she had dropped earlier floated in from the other room.
“What ensemble would be complete without one of these?” said Rarity, pressing the paci into her mouth.
To Rarity’s perception, any objections Shy might have had to this treatment seemed to have melted away. She accepted the pacifier from her, relaxed into the crib, and started to doze off.
Rarity sighed in relief and stood at the railing of the crib looking at her foalish friend. Tomorrow she would clean her friend up, and they would go back to their normal lives like nothing happened, and only she herself would know how utterly adorable her friend could be.
Then… she looked up and saw her little sister hanging over the other side of the crib with a look of excitement.
“Is she gonna stay?”
